Jay Morris is a young man born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. The oldest of six children to a mother working in the healthcare field, he has gained insight into what it takes to help those in need. He is a graduate of New Hampstead High School, where he was a member of their JROTC program. He credits this program as the catalyst for the leadership skills he exhibits today.

Morris is a community advocate who continuously raises awareness about the issues that concern both in his district and across the nation. In his advocacy, he proves committed to the care of those in need.
