here's the plan for georgia

Housing

Georgia’s housing market has shifted in favor of foreign and domestic investors from inside and outside the state. Random rent hikes are forcing hard working families out of their homes. I want to fight for real solutions that put people first.

I am committed to:

  • Cracking down on predatory landlords and corporate out-of-state investors who are driving up housing costs.

  • Give local governments the power to pass their own rent-control laws and protect residents from exploitation.

  • Expand tax credits for renters and first-time homebuyers so families can finally get a fair shot at stability.

  • Build and expand rent-controlled housing to keep communities affordable.

  • Launch the Georgia Housing Now Plan to slow the rising homelessness rate and give every Georgian a path to safe, stable housing.

Public Safety & Justice

We cannot move forward as a state if we continue placing public safety on the back burner. It is time to address the root causes of crime in our state. I want to fight to reduce the aggressive crime rate in Georgia and help make our communities safer.

I am committed to:

  • Creating gun free zones to decrease the rate of mass shootings in our state.

  • Investing in community policing, first responders, and public safety technology.

  • Ending cash bail for nonviolent offenders while keeping violent criminals off the streets.

  • Passing common sense firearm laws, including stronger background checks, closing loopholes, and keeping guns out of the hands of children and dangerous individuals, while protecting the rights of responsible gun owners.

  • ensuring the protection of our citizens rights by regulating our local law enforcement corperation with ICE

education

The Georgia education system is still built on a funding plan created in 1985. With outdated funding, limited options after high school, and consistently low investment, our young people are being set up for failure. It does not have to be this way. That is why I am fighting to build a stronger and more modern education system for every student in Georgia.

I am committed to:

  • Raising teacher pay so educators are respected and rewarded for the vital work they do.

  • Reducing class sizes to relieve stress on teachers and ensure every student gets the individual attention they need.

  • Expanding access to technical colleges, apprenticeships, and trade skill programs to provide more career options after high school and strengthen employment opportunities.

  • Creating a debt relief program for students who choose to enter Georgia’s high demand fields such as nursing, teaching, public policy, and public safety.

  • Ensuring civic education and hands on programs are available so young people understand how their government works and are empowered to be involved in their communities.

Voting Rights

Democracy only works when people can trust the system. Today, many Americans have lost confidence in the establishment, and that distrust has brought us to this moment. I believe that in this election, courage and honesty will be the foundation for rebuilding a government that truly serves the people.

  • Limit conflict of interest: If the Secretary of State is running for any election, they must step aside from election oversight to avoid any appearance of bias or self-interest.

  • Regulate voter purging: Ensure that any removal of voters from registration rolls follows a transparent, fair process with sufficient warning, appeal rights, and oversight to protect young, mobile, and minority voters, those most at risk of wrongful removal.

  • Push for same-day voter registration for all eligible Georgians.

a New Path

For two decades, we as a state have been stuck with the same politics and the same excuses. It is time for a real change. We need leaders who listen, who act, and who put people first. Georgia deserves a new path that focuses on working families, stronger communities, and a government that finally serves the people, rather than special interests. My campaign is about choosing progress over stagnation and building a future where every Georgian has the chance to thrive.

Economic

In a time when hard-working Georgians feel like the cost of everyday goods and services is too high, when paychecks drain too quickly, and when our tax system works for top income earners instead of everyday people, families are being forced to choose between groceries, rent, child care, and gas to get through the week. Many people are working longer hours, taking on second jobs, and still feeling like they are falling behind, no matter how hard they try. I hear those struggles, I understand them, and I am committed to fighting for an economy that finally puts people first.

I am committed to:

Raising the minimum wage to a more livable wage.

Supporting small businesses with tax relief and start-up grants, boosting capital resources for small businesses.

Support and expand trade-based jobs, and exworkers' rights and protection.

Attract clean energry and adanced manufacturing jobs to the state of Georgia.

Reforming the state tax  system to a more progresive model: middle-class fmailes and small businesses pay less, while the wealthies and big corpation pay more.

Infrastructure

As Georgia’s population continues to grow, we must invest in our state’s infrastructure to keep up with the rapid growth. Families, businesses, and communities cannot thrive if our roads are flooding, our bridges are crumbling, and rural areas are left behind without reliable broadband access. I am ready to lead the fight to ensure Georgia’s infrastructure earns an A plus and supports every community across our state.

  • Upgrade roads, bridges, and public transit to meet the needs of a growing Georgia.

  • Expand High-speed broadband access to every community, rural and urban.

  • Invest in clean energy infrastructure to power Georgia's growth for the next generation.
